Carlos Gonzalez Flores has advised a wide range of companies, from Fortune 500 corporations to high tech start-ups, on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and strategic initiatives.
Prior to IGC, Carlos was a corporate strategy and M&A consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, where he focused on the North American, South American, and European markets. Carlos received his undergraduate degree in Economics, Political Science, and Communication and a concentration in Legal Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School. He also holds a Certificate in Advanced Project Management and a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University. Carlos is a passionate tennis player and a former member of the University of Pennsylvania rowing and track & field teams. |

Prior to IGC, Pablo was a member of Merrill Lynch’s Global Wealth & Investment Management division, where he provided a wide variety of financial products and services to high net worth clients. Pablo holds a Masters in Finance from Monterrey Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree in Economics, Business, and Visual Arts from Rice University. Pablo is a former member of Rice University's track & field team and a retired professional athlete. |

Adolfo Solares Legorreta has advised some of Latin America’s largest institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, asset managers, and investment trusts.
Prior to IGC, Adolfo was a member of Deutsche Bank’s Capital Markets team, where he manages the risk exposure of 20+ institutional client portfolios. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Adolfo was a member of Bank of America Merrill Lynch's LatAm Capital Markets team, where he managed 30+ institutional client relationships. Prior to BAML, Adolfo was a Eurodollar trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. Adolfo holds a Masters in Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Arizona State University, a Masters in Finance from Monterrey Institute of Technology, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University. Adolfo is a former member of Southern Methodist University’s tennis team and a previous Davis Cup participant. |
